New Zealand Salmon Bibim guksu


Serves: 2


• Soak the noodles in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Place the noodles in a sieve and rinse with cold water.

• Share the noodles between two bowls.

• Place lettuce leaves in the side of each bowl.

• Lightly mix Salmon, Kimchi, Carrot, Red cabbage and Spring onion in a bowl and share between the two plates.

• Mix all sauce ingredients together and drizzle on top of each plate.

• To eat, mix all ingredients within the bowl well and enjoy. 

* Gochujang is a savory Korean condiment made from red chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans and salt.
