12Chive stems cut into 5cm lengths
8Lettuce small tender leaves that are cup shaped (Gem or baby Cos lettuce)
10Mint Leaves rough chopped
8Rice Paper (round sheets)

2 TbspsFish Sauce
50 mlsHoisin Sauce
3 TbspsPalm Sugar or Standard Sugar
2Fresh Red Chillies deseeded & finely chopped
